I‘m old enough to have seen a few of the original Star Trek episodes when they were first broadcast, and grew up watching them in syndication. This tricorder is a loving tribute to that classic show- its top flips open to reveal a screen (mapped to properly display a movie file as well as any image you like) and the door in the front opens to show the techie bits in there. I‘ve included templates and a selection of useful image maps.
