Pretty nice, one of the better thought out scenes with ships. One crit...well actually a question: Are these ships still, or in motion? If they are taking on supplies and rendering repairs, they would be at anchor. You forgot to show this. Both ships have their anchors catted and appear to be underway. Here is also a suggestion: if the ship on the right has a couple sails unfurled, show them loose and rippling, not taught as if the wind is billowing the sails. Also, unless these are small sloops of war, cutters, or privateers, the scale of the crew are twice the size they should be. Reduce them down by half and they would be more realistically in scale. Other than that, a good effort.
