Description
Another for the monthly challenge in song titles..in this picture I wanted to focus on what was close and let the backdrop fade..it was a simple test with my new cam..
I took this about a month back at nearby Vasques canyon.
The canyon wasn't broken by clouds but it was a beautiful day and my heart was filled with awe as I live 10 -15 minutes from this most beautiful place and havnt been to the park in 15 years.. life gets busy .. one reason why I love photography on this site.we get to share our beautiful world . our beautiful days. and the not so beautiful that holds a beauty of its own for other reasons . May of us in photgraphy go to places and open up our eyes to that what we could so easily forget about us around us to show others then realise the beauty that surrounds us.. how many of you have gone out to do a photoshoot of a nearby beautiful place to put up on this site..? think what you might have missed if you were not on here sharing.. YES! it's a beautiful thing in my mind when I stop to think of it..!!

Oh I'm glad to see this shot in ur gallery at last Kim! It was one of my fav of the 'lil serie u posted in the forum if I remember correctly!! And yes, I do like U2 too, very much actually as I too grew up with them! :) A superb and luminous shot, so perfect for those lyrics! :)

Yes I agree! We saw them for the Achtung Baby tour, only thing better could have been Joshua Tree or Rattle & Hum! It was a fabulous concert, and I agree about Bono! Great image and wonderful recollections! Thanks for sharing your slice of sunshine with us!
