Description
I took this photo in Colombia, I decided to give it a tempera look in Painter, the hacienda is called El Paraiso ( The Paradise)and is the setting of a famous book.

A wonderful image that I don't think needed the filter applied, but lovely nonetheless. It certainly looks like it could be a paradise. :)

pretty place... something you can do with these effects is have one like this & another the original copy, place one over the other as a layer & bring back some of the detail with your eraser tool :]

Good points guys, usually I don't like to post images done with Painter because the JPEG compression tends to obliterate the details and it looks like a destructive Photoshop filter applied to the artwork. All the finesse goes away! Maybe I should post them bigger instead of 700 pixels wide and see if that improves the detail in this type of work.
