Description

Here is my ode to Frank Miller, by far one of my favorite comic artist. I have almost all his books, and was even lucky enough to color two of his covers he did for other titles. This is no where close to his actual beautiful ink work, but hell I had fun making it.
A Big thank goes out to TRRazor who pointed me in the direction of a fantastic tutorial which showed me how to make poser do this cool style of black and white render.I went over it and re-drew some things in photoshop. I also made the word balloons, text and blood spatter in photoshop.

Uh oh! And I was complaining we were seeing too much fluffy things lately. 8-) It really has a Miller feel to it. Excellent work and composition. Poser? This is Poser?! You've put some will writing that Die!!!! Does that mean you'll be doing comics from now on? I hope they're directed to a more sensible audience. 8-) Vote.

Very impressive, very dramatic, and very violent - I love it! lol! I guess we'll never found out what he did to them! Oh well, justice is served! lol! Most excellent artwork and the shading is definitely cool!

A very cool tribute to Frank Miller - also one of my favs, got a lot of books from him! Brilliant work! The reduction to black, white and red is very nice! Some !minor! critics (if allowed): The lettering could be improved (different font? more italics?) and the second bubble is a little bit unbalanced, text is not vertically centered. Except for that: excellent work - unusual - fantastic ode! V :)
