Description

It is still early in the Hurricane season, and to date there have been four named storms. As Hurricane Emily bears down on us Cat 4, I am thinking of the situation we find ourselves in.The island is far from being ready, for a Cat anything. I can imagine how the folks in Florida felt last year, when the got hit by four. Keeping my fingers crossed. I do no think we can dodge this one. I will try and stay safe and healthy! deevee Joe.

You think the price of paradise a little high? Batton down the hatches and hope it passes quickly. // Water in the image, looks really good.

Is that Spideys rower, already close to your part of the world. That would be fast - VERY fast. Excellent one Joe, i hope Emily is not showing up on your island!

Great POV. Love the water, got a real feel to it. You can almost experience the swell - most difficult to achieve. Well done.

Last year really wore us Floridians out. Like you, many are still making repairs. I've been watching the maps and hopefully it will swing south of you. I see you've got hurricane warnings out through tonight. Looks like we'll dodge this one. This season is off to one incredible start. I'll be thinking of you, Joe

Thanks folks for all your best wished. The storm is now up to a Cat.5. How long it will stay there is anyone's guess. I just hope it does not zig, when we would really like it to zag. Will keep you posted.
