Description

Even in the light of day, I fully expected to see a ghost coming down this beautiful stairway. This was taken in one of the last moments of a Versailles tour. The guide kept yelling at me to keep up with the group. ;-) This photograph reminds me of the image "The Brown Lady of Raynham Hall". If you don't know it, do a Google search. :-)

Ohh, I've read a ton of stories about here, and I think seen some tv specials as well that featured her! This does look exactly like the photo that you see all the time (since it's always that same one as far as I know)!! I hadn't really though of it until I read your caption, but now I'm half expecting to see her standing there when I scroll up. ;-) Awesome shot!
