Nice work, maybe some paint on the hull of some sort . Did any of these type of ships go to sea with bare wood like sides like that? Also perhaps a bump map for your sails, they look a bit crisp. I like how you've populated the deck and the rigging with crew members. Only thing missing is some seagulls :)

Good! I like those old tall ships. I do wonder if this one is riding just a little high in the water? I'd also like to see this rendered with an IBL or a Skylight - the shadows look a little too hard for my taste. Oh yeah, and some seagulls ;)
