Description

I did a little searching, and could not find a name for this, so I decided to call it a peacock dragon, until a real name comes along. This is easily one of the prettiest dragonflies I have ever seen. This was a quite large dragon, wingspan of about 7 inches (18 cm). It was lying in the grass, and flew up into this tree, as I approached.
