Rendered in P6 with a single point light, this is my attempt at semi-fantasy, as you can see i'm not very good at it, but I think she looks sexy.
Repost after comments/ideas increased AO and Light shadows put a tansparant toe cap to complete stockings around toes not perfect but nothing is. Thumbnail gives an idea of previous render.

Looks like heaven to me! Very sexy pose and expression. Speeding up rendering of transparencies - you could try unchecking the "Visible in raytracing" option in the object properties. You'll loose ambient occlusion, raytraced reflection/refraction and raytraced shadows, however. Great render, I like it!
