You're probably right about the outfit...but she looks like she's going to have some fun! I think it would be kind of fun to see some students and other faculty scattered around the courtyard just being nosy and general lookee-loos.

If it were an anime, the old man down there would have passed out with blood trickling down his nose after seeing up her skirt... Oh well :P Excellent picture, but from this POV I can't help but get the feeling that she looks like she's about to fall off!

She does look a little precarious, but it's magic, right? She'll stay on. Her expression is great. I'm confused by her boots though -- buckles AND a zipper? She can ride a broom but can't keep her boots on?!^_^
