Very imaginative. And a very good render and modelling work.

It was, after all, only a matter of time? This is just great, I was chuckling when I saw the thumbnail! This is the best HDRI test ever. The only thing is, the walker is just a hair too sharp. If you can blur it just a bit it would add to this illusion. Those backgrounds just can't be got sharp enough. Keep up the good work!

The textures used are also a bit flat. Maybe make them a bit more in-depth in photoshop before mapping

I wouldn't worry too much about all this expert advice you're getting, pal. Consider the source. You got it right the first time. Very nice.

Impressive! I think the background blur works as depth of field defocusing and also helps enphasize the "character", so i like it. Too bad it is not sharp in the focal plane of the character though. A bit more contrast on the character might help, maybe - would have to see an A/B comparison. I would crop off some of the right side of your image - it's only repeating information already presented elsewhere and adding to the problem of the character to the left "looking out of the frame". The visual weight of the oblisk is not enough to correct that, as is, for me.

Wow. Thats Great....Im agreeing with the others about the blurring illusion, and maybe a shadow on the ground or behind(depending on where the sun is), who make it a tad more realistic. Nice WORK....Keep it up....
