Description

"Michael, you're away from your station. Again." Michael 2 saw James' impatience was increasing with each act of Michael 2's hesitance. Yet, instead of doing as he was expected to, Michael 2 made only slight gestures of uncertainty. "I don't know." He tried very hard to sound assured and even. "I don't know. Is this right? Should we be doing this?" Michael 3 Sr1 looked up from his console. "Systems engaging in approximately 3.47 minutes." He gave Michael 2 a solid gaze. "Then there's no turning back." Michael 2 grimaced. "I mean, have we really thought this through? He's one of us, right? We're all part of one big community. Feeding off of and supporting one another. I mean, com'on." Michael 3 Sr1 looked to speak, but a slight glance from James stopped him. "What's good for the community's good for all of us," Michael 2 stressed. "Right? His success. That only benefits me, you. All of us." James frowned. "You think so?" Eager for anything, Michael 2 nodded. Jmaes displayed the most ironic smile. "Why don't you ask the P4 Male?" Michael 2 froze. Glancing at the subject afloat in stasis, James continued. "Go on, Michael. Why don't you go ask the P4 Male about the benefits of success and how it takes us *all* to the next level." Giddy, James asked Michael 3 Sr1, "Hey, Mike, where *is* the P4 Male?" Watching his board studiously, Michael 3 Sr1 said, "Think he's downstairs cleaning my toilet." "Ah," James said with a nod. "So he's busy." "Double check the scanners," Michael 3 Sr1 said curtly. James started to do so but instead said, "Hey, I've a better idea, Michael. Why don't you ask the Dork? I'm sure he'd shed tremendous light on the subject. That is," James added darkly, "if you can find him." He turned to configure the settings on the scanners. Michael 2 shuddered. As the pops and snaps coagulated into a steady ominous hum and the monitors simmered to soft blues, Michael 2 returned to his station.

hehe. Very funny satire. I love images this far thought out. On the tech side, I love the poses, POV and lighting. Very fresh.
