I test this navigating on sand dune eara with no sighn mark ,last year. you can find your north very easyly and exact with all degree. when you find the north ,you can fined other sides naturaly. but only you must imagin ,shadow must be in right side of 12 on little time point , hope you enjoy this easy navigatin, dear challengers thanks for your comment

this is very good. a very good lesson too. I used to teach the rayol rangers[like the boy scoats] [both is mis spelled lol] I use to teach boys and wish I had this to show them lol so easy to see how it done in your image
