Description

Matte painting.....the foreground ocean is original plate, although it was a day time shot then. The ship by faveral was done in Vue and composited. The rest painted with Photoshop and Dogwaffle.

Another one i am late with. Sorry again. You are an absolute master in creating mood. As we can see here. The pov combined with the mystique background is just fantastic. Especially the foamy water in the foreground makes the difference!

very effective method. i need to get some compositing skills - that's very much the way to go! the blue shade you have acheived for the night time scene is excellent. i'm ok with warm colours, but terrible with cold, so i really admire this piece all the more.
