Description

Ultrafractal 3.02 Made this when I was in a more "fractal" mode and I reckon it's simmered long enough to make it into my gallery. Got tired of listening to it whine about not being posted every time I looked at it. Spirals! Can't live with 'em can't live without 'em! lol I got a vibe kinda like the two submarines in "Hunt for Red October" playing cat and mouse at 1000ft deep, so I named it after the older sub movie from the last century. (whoa - now THAT makes ya feel old! lol) Thanks for stopping by and for all of your wonderful encouragement! :-?)

Speaking of mood pieces, this is so rich, dark, and aprehensive. My eye keeps being drawn to the "sneaky sub" at the top left, waiting for it to discover the one lurking at the bottom right. The title is just the right touch to enhance the feel of "silent running!"

Your Spiral is absolutely right about wanted to be posted. It's beautifully dark coloured and textured. But apart from the serious "sub"-movies there's always "Operation petticoat" ;-)

Excellent spiral and under-water theme! Hey the last century only ended five and a half years ago! lol! I love the colours you always choose in your fractal work, and this is no exception.

It is free at last and we are so glad you let it go! This is too fantastic. What in the world can I say about it that has not already been said? I am in awe of your work. So very imaginative, colorful, and moody. And you ain't that old (I have to say that because I have a feeling I am not too far behind you in age)!

This makes you feel that genuine "wow!!" phenomena. Your spiral is great and colouring is very trendy, yet with a hint of retro. That creamy mandelbrot fractral bends really nicely into a wonderful mosaic grid! Must vote.
