Description

I think this better represents our nation than the current flag. For those of you who don't know, the two symbols on either side of the stars are called a fasces, and it is a sybmol of fascism. Interestingly, it can be found on the backside of older US dimes, as well as on either side of the flag in the House of Representitives.

I agree with the sentiment. It also applies to the UK but I don't understand the images on the flag.

Fasces are actually Roman in origin. As with most symbols from this time the Nazis used them in their own campaign. 'fascis' is bundle in Latin. I think the flag is a little too subtle then, unless you know what 'fasces' are.

I agree with your points. Out of curiosity, why 5 stars? As for fascism in America, every day seems to take us one step closer...
