Absolutely fantastic! I love the eyes and eyebrows in particular. I'm afraid that at this level of realism, you need to start worrying about facial hair. Two things that detract from the realism are some hair going through her left ear and the texture of her neck/shoulder (it is so much lower resolution). A definitive masterpiece!!!

She looks fantastic Franz. The main light appears to be elevated a little too, which has greatly improved her nose. Eyes and eyelashes are magic. Her left ear is strangely very illuminated. Also, the top of her lip and nose have yellowed off.
