Very nice, love the colour tones. A much more plausible place to hide your tripods than under a main street in a large metropolitan area - me thinks...

I'm not exactly sure what's happening in this picture, but I think a mothership tripod is extending its tendrils downward to help a somewhat smaller, fallen tripod. The palette of grays, blues, and darker colors lends a bleak, otherworldly feel to this landscape. In addition, the crisp detail on the tripods blends nicely with the hazier feel of light sources in deep space. Very atmospheric and creepy. Nice.
