Great pose and love the colors. The light on her face seems a little dim to me, but really good work overall.

Nice, I like the way the clothes flow with the pose! Like above poster pointed out, the face appears slightly darker than the rest of the character, and there's a bit of wierd shadow on the top of her hair.
