Description

Well, all right, for the splash lovers, rocky shorelines provide perfect opportunities to let the water swing high up in the sky! And we have not even those famous roller-coasters that can blow the water even higher in the sky! Shooting these waves is not without risk, salty sea-water on the lense adds a new non-Photoshop filter blurring the images. I am so glad to have a telelens! Sorry, no seals around here, no puffins, no sharks, only squawking gulls, rushing waves and salty sea-air! And uh... I forgot to shoot a closeup of those cockles, immersed as I was in shooting these waves! Minolta X-700 (Fuji Sensia II 100, 100 mm)

Beautiful capture once again. I just love the shore, maybe thats why most of my shots from Scotland was taken by the coast. Gorgeous work indeed. Have a great night #:O)

Another great capture of waves crashing ashore - beautiful frozen seaspray. Love the sense of unrelenting power conveyed by the white waves in the background.
