Description

This is supposed to be a orbital launch to take passengers to a stable orbit where there is a space station where passengers can be safely transferred to an interplanetary vessel. I had an idea. After seeing star wars and Slave 1. I thought maybe the best way to launch something is straight up let the landing thrusters be what powers it in flight. Also a nod to the Delta flyer a scrapped NASA project to make a launcher that takes off and lands on its end. When I thought about the size I remember my ride aboard a jet hydrofoil from Hong Kong to Macau. Very cool thing to ride in but I think you shoudl get a kidney belt for it. Anyways I modeled this in Wings 3D and textured and rendered in bryce with a lot of volume materials. (42 Bryce volumetric spheres)Also this is my answer to this months wings challenge.
