Thank you for the constructive feedback on my previous posting Valley of 1,000 Palms (3). I'm still a beginner at manipulating photographs so do minimal post-work. What you are seeing here is effectively what was on the film - all I've done on this shot and Valley of 1,000 Palms (3) is to reduce the brightness, as the print was a little washed-out, increase the contrast a touch and then sharpen the image using the free image viewer 'IrfanView'.
