Description
This was an interesting texture I found at a railroad crossing. I Photoshopped it a little. I duplicated the background layer, pushed the saturation way up, gave it a big gaussian blur and then turned down the opacity on the layer so the original showed through with this "halo" effect. I kinda like it. I hope it's not cheesy.
