Hi all!Some more of...guess what(?!)... Scotland!!!LOL!
Ooh...I've never uploaded so early.Hope I make sense! The coffee hasn't kicked in yet!!!...Okay.These are the horses that live on the estate of the 'Royal Family' in Scotland. You know those guys...The Queen of England,Prince Charles, etc. It's called Balmoral.Anyway, the sign says,'Please don't feed the ponies...',but if you ask me,these are horses!...But what do I know? LOL!!!Who am I to mince words with THE QUEEN?????
The title of my pic,for those of you who may not be as 'ancient' as myself, lol,is from a favorite episode of 'The Honeymooners'.And no,I'm not thaaaat old, even I saw it first as a repeat!
I just want to take a second to thank you guys for 'bee-in',(LOL)so kind to me in your response to my last upload,'Bein There'.You were all sooooooo gentle with me regarding my 'virgin' macro, lol.Gotta say,(((MEGAHUGZ!!!)))to you all for that!Thank you!!!!!!!!
I'm trying to give you a variety of images so as not to bore you guys, but I must admit it is starting to become a bit of a challenge!!!So,with this in mind,...here's my humble 'horsey' pic.I have no idea why but it appeals to me.There's just something I like about it.Hope you will, too.
Have a great,well,you know!LOL!...And thanks for your comments,etc.I love and appreciate them all.See yaaaaa!-Marlene :)

Ah, being a westerner I would call them horses too, but, I have not yet mastered the Queen's English as yet :-), two peoples seperated by a common language and all :-) Wonderful and well muscled ponies! Superb capture!

I am laughing and just cant keep still. Love the comments by all and of course the picture of these horses. Guess the person who wrote the sign either did not know the difference or could only spell ponies, but pones, since I do not see the letter 'i' in the word. Maybe ponies are horses in Scotland while in England, well that is all together a different language, is it not? Also Andreas, really took a good close look to discover what he did. Since I have not had mine, it is now time for my morning tea.

I like this interesting point of view. Who takes many horse's hips? It's only you. But this is important point. It is very interesting to do no idea of everyone. Also it is your own existence proof. Ha ha,thank you for making me smile!

You're gonna think i'm a nut, Marlene (and i AM!!!) but the first thing that went thru my head when i saw this was "Rupunzel, Rupunzel, let down your hair!" Go figure! guess it's their lovely, long locks!!! They sure do have the purtiest pony tails ever!!!!!! Fantastically funny picture, Marlene! love that one on the far right! swish :) Glad you posted this!

Now I figured a lady with your command of the language would have called this one "Ponytails," but what do I know? I think I'll just go have a short order of milk, you know, the kind that comes from Shetland cows...
Tedz
The "Please don't Feed the Ponies" Sign must have been there for Years...Seven Blondes with Firm Rumps...aah...Balmoral....a pity Elizabeth wasn't in to offer Scones and Tea....salute

Well, you uploaded bright and early but NEVER BEEE-hind. lol! I agree..I owned 2 horses, not pony's, and these are large enough to be horses! Don't they measure by "hands" or something? (Scottish hands perhaps are bigger than American?!?) I, too, am laughing my a__ off reading the other comments!! Fabulous photo, Marlene! VOTE :0)
