Hmmm mmm, do you have an example of what you call "perfect" coming from your gallery, dear?? I'm sure you will answer "no, of course!"... Don't look for the perfect perfection, your macros are perfect enough for all of us!

Indeed, this is one level above what we can shot in macrophotography... You catch them flying while we have already a lot of problem to have them in focus while staying on a flower ! Fantastic series Jeroen ! BRAVO ! :~)

Ciao Jeroen ! A B52 without his formation !!!! That's what I call a perfect macro ! and I agree with Pimbo and Gimi... A great exemple for us who try to catch them on a flower ;-)))) So close to her, we can already see the polen on her back. Indredible and magic shot. I'm impressed !!!

To catch a bee in flight as a macro is a triumph in and of itself - to achieve this level of clarity and composition is a serious artistic achievement! Well done indeed! V

Awesome work buddy! Today as i went on my doggiewalk i came across these hovers for the first time and i thought "Hey, this will be a peace of (pan)cake"...YEAH RIGHT!!! These little buggers may appear to hovering rather still...but noooooooooo...every little puff of air just blows them of course. Sigh...i better leave these shots to the professionals. What can I add? THey are a favourite creature of mine which I love to watch in summer hovering just a few inches in front of my nose. But you have caught detail I could never see.
