Description

Sorry for any scratches. I just located this picture in a box. I took it in 2000 when I was working at Connecticut Yankee. It was weird, because we were working on the decommissioning project with Bechtel (who is no longer involved) and it was like, 5am. The fog was heavy and when developed, the CY in the pond was more clearly seen than the real CY. Eerie.
