This is gorgeous and that painting effect stunning! My dear Carol, your posting time couldn't have been better for me.. bored at the office on a sweaty HOT day, 3:40 in the afternoon counting minutes to leave for home and wondering why I'll survive outside the door where there's no air-conditioning! This is so adorable, I love the flower in the horses mouth, what a great idea and her pose and expression are perfect for this outdoorsy type scene that you do so well. Beautifully done.

my first reaction was to laugh with joy when the image loaded into the browser. the styling of this takes me back to any number of my childhood books that were my most prized treasures and friends. and now i'm left feeling a little bit like that child, excited to see what the next page held... thank you for brightening my day w. such a warm feeling :))
