Description

Last Friday I offered my fancy, yet diminuitive dinner. Tonight, we find out why the dinners are so small. Dessert is served. On a foundation of blocks of nut fudge with both white and dark chocolate, sits a platform of a chocolate wafer cake in five layers, trimmed with chocolate rasberry sauce. Three extra large fancy truffles each with either rum, cherry liqueur, or brandy center flanks columns of malted milk balls and cashew clusters. Next, resting on a seven inch chocolate chip cookie, a black chocolate Amaretto Bundt cake. A chocolate mousse with butterscotch sauce comes next spiked with Mexican hot chocolate curls and whipped cream, another chocolate curl and topped with a cherry. As an added bonus, each customer will get a delicious Chocolate Frog Surprise, while they last. (You might be asking if the frogs are real frogs that are chocolate-covered, or just solid chocolate frogs. Well, you won't know until you bite into one. That's why it's a surprise. Weight: 11 pounds Calories: Don't ask. Oh yeah, if you clean your plate, you can eat that too, it's also chocolate *** Used everything to make this. Metaballs, primitives, lattices and terrains, modeled meshes, made the truffles in ZBrush. Very little postwork.

As a Chef myself, i can relate to this image a lot...you really have done a wonderful job with this image, and the textures are excellent...This really is a top class piece of Bryce work....My fav bit has to be the Chocolate shavings on the top...the texture on them is spot on...awesome image!!!
