This is my entery for the Theme Challange. Thanks to all that voted and congrats to the other winners! Depending on how many more death theats I get, I'll write a tut on how I did this. LOL TFV!

Nice composition. If I may hazard a guess on the technique, to save you the death threats. :D I suggest this is the "weird blue glow" effect detailed by Tim O'Donoghue (link on terrasource.net) simply submerged under some fairly transparent water. The sky is using similar settings to those often used for the "bliss" effect - 2D, large scale, low density contrast, high density shift.
