I love the Mandala-feeling about it !!! It's hypnotic :-D ! IMHO the darkgrey things (border) should be something more filigreed to match the fractal. The background is nice a contrast with it's structure (tecture, bumpmaps?), but I am not sure on the color - the flashy red of the fractal doesn't suit the copper-brownish background. Little idea: how about making the dark parts of the fractal partly opac/transparent - should give it another interesting touch

Awesome!!! To me the fame is just perfect with this particular image.. Background maybe a bit simpler to bring out the gorgeous mandela..
