Description
Omnis mundi creatura
quasi liber et pictura
nobis est in speculum;
nostrae vite, nostrae mortis,
nostri status, nostrae sortis
fidele signaculum.
Poem by Alain de Lille.
Translation:
All the world's creatures,
as a book and a picture,
are to us as a mirror;
our life, our death,
our present condition, our passing
are faithfully signified.
Help needed: The branches of the foreground tree look weird (the size changes steplike and not smoothly). Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks to everybody for looking. Your comments are highly appreciated (really!).

I am afraid, that you cannot solve your tree problem in Vue. But with a little postwork in PS or a similar programm, this can be easily changed. You created a beautiful image with excellent textures and perfect lighting. Bravo!

Wow! She looks so real! The worm is a nice touch too. Also the background fog looks great. Really awesome work, well done!

Thank you all for your very nice comments. I'm really thankful for them. Actually the millipede is a quite central part of the image. I wanted to put the emphasis on OMNIS mundi creatura / EVERY creature on earth - no matter how small, weak and ugly - is to us a mirror. And since we humans are so great creatures (isn't the girl looking great :-) )- are they.
