Description

A new plant-like life form was recently discovered growing on a decaying log in a remote area of the Pacific Northwest Wilderness. (Just kidding :-) ). Every pixel of this image (xcept sig) was created and rendered using Xenodream - the most intriguing fractal software available. The images of three separate objects were layered together in Photoshop. Two of the images were also used for the background and the smaller object in the lower right corner. Thanks so much for your visits/comments to my gallery. It's all about having fun! Morris

Very cool - and you had me going for a minute. I was about to head out to "find and photograph" that new life form. By the way, they actually do call fallen trees "Nurse Logs" in the Pacific Northwest because they decay relatively quickly and many other plants grow on them.
