She's adorable,Laurentiu.I like your composition.The light looks wonderfully warm....In the States I believe it's illegal to take a child's picture without the written permission of the parent.You could've never taken this.Sigh.Such a strange world we live in...-M :)

This is an endearing shot of a lovely child. Love the colors in this image. Kids and people run or walk into the sight of my camera all of the time, and I take their pictures on accident. There is nothing illegal about that. It is publishing it that may get one into trouble without written permission. Good luck with the rest of your shots!

My original comment: Publishing it could be a problem if it is too individualistic, I agree on that but a good shot. I would have preferred the composition to be more central. When you keep a subject either to the right or left .... you are trying to show something beside them and I see nothing there. Not being critical, just the way I see this one.:O)) On second look... My revision: Ok, are you trying to show the happiness of the child on having built that castle?? Ok, I am the blind one then...... I pass. Excellnt shot mate.:O))

Thank you my friends for your comments and apreciations, and the fact that I took the picture without the little girl's knowledge is true, but latter on her father liked the photo very much. Anyway I think taking the photo of somebody without his permision doesn't represent any illegal act,... like PaisleyRose said too. Have a great week my friends! ;)

indeed, cyn has a point- if anything is shoot for comercial needs, you need the permission; but since you weren't, well there's no problem...the little one is adorable and the photo certainly remembers of those innocent times of our childhood.
