The sky, the reflections in the windows and the utility wires are all wonderful! My only suggestion would be to alter the 'Concrete Cafe' logo to either look more painted or more inscribed. I think sometimes we tend to view the future in either utopian or dystopian terms; this brings a view of 'everyday life' as it might appear years from now. Kudos for yet another fantastic (yet believable) render. My Vote

Very nice image, but could do with a few more stains and runs from the ledges and on the panel work. Its just a shade too clean, but great overall.
