Nice beginning of an illustrationn for WAR OF THE WORLDS! A couple things to consider for a later revision-- (1) The encounter took place on the English Channel; I'd lose the reef. (2) The Tripod looks unarmed and therefore not menacing. (3) Speaking of not menacing, the Thunderchild's guns should be pointed at the Tripod. You might want to move the Tripod to the left so that the battleship and its guns are pointing directly at the Tripod. Oh, and the battleship design is 40 years too advanced.
