When you do an image upload, the full image and the thumbnail images must have different file names. the best way is to (a) create and save the main image; (b) create and save the thumbnail image -- the filename must be different; (c) upload. From your gallery, you can use the '[Edit]' action link to correct this submission.

I think MGD's ranking of "Needs improvement" is a little unfair, since it is for your uploading skills and not the quality of the image itself.I can not find fault with this image, the posing is well done, the hair and clothes fit nicely, and the lighting looks fine. (It took me several uploads before I got the thumbs right, I could have done with MGD's help way back then!!)
