Looking at a 1965 Pontiac GTO through the lens of the 1958 Pontiac Bonneville that pushed my first car to build up oil pressure before starting the race built engine for the first time I see a powerful statement of enhancement. Thinking about riding in it with the seats removed to be reupholsterred with no steering wheel to hold on and trying to express the difference in feel from a Dodge panel with no helper seat makes me laugh. There is just no support regardless of the power used and one flies to the rear. OK, I can be serious when impannelled as a juror. This is the pretty one not the stripped down "Judge" version. I have seen similar at Royal Pontiac's Open House in supercharged trim. What a gala! Cruisin' Woodward was Saturday. I'm in the mood.
