Description

"Mittelland" litterally 'middle land' is the fairly flat and habitable part of Switzerland - between the Alps and the Jura mountains.

And the middling composition suits it perfectly. Great format and such a dramatic sky and landscape. At least I see no lizards around to kiss. ;]

a beautiful picture...! really like the choice of b/w here... :) very well done! and an interesting composition in the picture... the sky looks awesome... i wonder how i would have looked if you had taken the pic from much more near the ground... without that layer of horizon which shows the land... just the two fields and the sky... ?!?

I find cbender suggestion interesting - you could try that in something like photoshop, however this one works as well - that sky is just really great - appears to be actually b&w film with a red filter.
