Description

This is a Re-worked version of Southern Migration. ( My 1st attempt at Photoshop). The original can be seen in my gallery here at Renderosity. Southern Migration was my lucky break, and because of it, I managed to get some of my renders published... the original of this version is also being used for the Studio 2/Bastion Press Dungeons & Dragons book, "Castlemorn". Thank you also to chikako for creating such beautiful Elf buildings as well as Kaol for the Beautiful Castle Creator Set 1 and 2:

Hi Gareth. It's a very nice first try! I like the feeling of this one, although I think you've made it too dark. Many of the details are hidden in black and that's a bit of a shame. Perhaps also a brighter, a little more lowcontrast sky would help add realism to the scene? But it's a great first try - Keem 'em coming :)

Fantastic work here. I just discovered this piece (and your whole gallery) and I look forward to exploring more. I love the mood of this piece and the details that you've brought out. The sense of realism is quite nice! Good stuff!
