Description

When I look in do I see what is in me? If it is; how do I get it out of me? What to do? What to do? A slice of life I see in me. What to do? I was born this way; now is the time to clean it up I can not do it on my own. I know I tried. Only to be born again was the only way. Only way to clean the trash out of my life. I am clean now but I see the old self still wish to rise up. Got to fight the flesh; and if I mess up; ask for forgiveness. Then I be clean; only one way. The devil comes to try us and many time I fall. I am dirty again. What to do? Only look to the Cross and ask forgiven and the Blood will wash me white as snow. The End thanks for looking ; comments and ;votes

Cool poem and photo Jock! I think all of us have a bit of a dark side, and the devil's always coming to whisper in our ear, but that's the perfect time for a prayer. I find that works every time. Nice work! V (:

Your words remind me of a quote by the late humanistic psychologist Fritz Perls: "To suffer one's death and to be reborn is not easy". Your art is becoming very theraputic. The slice of the empty room/garage above your neck is a great symbol for clearing the mind, starting from scratch. Excellent composition, Jock.

It took me a while to figure out what I was looking at but now it is quite obvious. Great representation of the emptiness and isolation we all find reflected in our souls. Really nice writing as well, excellent presentation all around!

Many want to build churches like Paul did without first persecuting the faithful and being a good Roman citizen. They even avoid areas with lightning seeking a phrase or driving instead of riding a horse. What mirror do they then show for their efforts when faith comes? Who is in their reverse? Thus they try to look inside to the paraclete as if pregnant. There is no second chance if the first chance is spurned.

Interesting pic and statement, I guess the best we can do is try to better ourselves whatever we've done and what we believe... great quote from PumaSue as well.

tough to come clean; after all, we're all liable to sin, so it's very hard to come clean...
