Gorgeous, but I agree about the eyes. However you can buy tinted contact lenses and a friend of mine did have violet - so, you gal has contacts!

I think that only the ears give it away as not a photograph... and they probably stand out as less than organic only because the rest is so good!!! Awesome work!!!!!!!!!
