Description

Intelligent Corridor - LowRes-version I did this scene in Lightwave about 2-3 years ago but back then it was way to complex to render with Monte Carlo radiosity + reflection passes (read: it took too long for my old computer to render), but I tweaked the scene now with my new computer in LightWave 3D 8.3 and using Fprime 1.5 I got the renderingtime down to like 8 hours instead of one week (rendertime without Fprime). But I could have rendered it another 8 hours, because of the noise but I needed the computer the next day. This was rendered in June 2005. You can find the original HD-DVD resolution version here: http://arvid.intelligent-light.com/files/intelligent_corridor.jpg

Amazing Depth ! Great Idea ! And except for the ceiling windows (they just look a little flat) a really photorealistic scene !!! Excellent done !

Looks way better than the stupid corridors I walk down. You don't want to know what I have stepped in. Like the work on the walls.
