Description
I realize that the theme is a bit overused (see:
http://www.renderosity.com/viewed.ez?galleryid=682409
for instance), but I wanted to see if I could pull of a multi-figure render.
I decided to do this image as an exercise in partial renders and compositing. There is only 1 Vicky used for this image (and boy is she tired!). Most of the elements were rendered separately and composited to speed up rendering times.
The net is a dynamic cloth square draped over the bug figure.

Ground is Microcosm with some fancy materials, distortion maps and blenders
