Description

A Junker Ju-52 military transport. A beautiful plane, IMO, despite what it represents. The plane in the background is a Ford Tri-engine - the plane on the old airmail stamps. Canon EOS 300mm focal length ISO 200 film

The photo was taken at the Experimental Aircraft Association's Airventure Expo in Oshkosh, WI. I usually include where it was shot, but this time, I forgot. Sorry :P

Regardless of the association with aircraft has to political history, it is a marvelous machine and also was one of Lufthansa Airlines first plane. At first I thought this was a painting and not a photograph, so double congratulations.
