I would have to agree with DarkestAngel here! Experimenting with different filters and style is a great way to learn new things! This helps us grow and evolve! I have to say though, that your photos really do speak for themselves! I see an AWESOME portrait in the thumbnail for this image!

I think that the image is good also. Though the emboss filter is good for 3d feel, but I think that if you played around with the brightness and contrast it would bring more depth to your image. I have a technique that I use in my images that works pretty good so far, I'm still learning to refine it though. But all in all I think you have a very interesting gallery. The artist in the picture adds a nice touch too :)
