Sky is great, and the lighthouse adds a great mood to this image!!! Maybe try less waves for the surf/foam, say 2-3 instead of 7-8..also you could make the edge of the dark wetlayer above the water a bit more fuzzy to create a smoother transition..very nice work and a very pleasing scene!!
