There is something haunting at this poin after teh building has topped out. Will the crew continue pouring floors and finishing elevator shafts as the winter chill sweeps through the upper floors? One cannot see the accountants going over the construction costs and purchasing the next phase, the outer curtain.

this building is a sign of failed comunism burocracy. they started building it and then found out there was no fire truck that could get water up this high so they forbode further building. Its not in use since that time. Some people joked al quaida should fly into it to get rid of it, my krakow friend told me.
