Description

Jacob's Ladder... Who can say if it was a wrung ladder, or a square stepped stair, or something like this. This is how I picture it to have been. What do YOU think?

I'd call it, "Buying indulgences" or such. It looks a stairway to heaven made of gold coins. Buy a way into heaven? I don't think the almighty is bribeable. ^__^ Good image, though.

You know, I thought of that after it was all finshed. And I have to agree with you, no one can BUY or EARN their way into heaven, That was paid for at the cross by Jesus (for everyone). thanks for the comment!

I think many of your viewers are unfamiliar with the account of Jacob's vision in the Old Testament of the bible. It has nothing to do with "buying one's way in to heaven" -- God showed Jacob a stairway in a vision, upon which his messengers -angels- went to and fro between heaven and earth. It wasn't for humans to use. I think this is a colorful and interesting interpretation of what it might have looked like to Jacob.
