Description

Thanks for viewing !! :o) - Andrena flavipes (i still havent been able to find any common name for these guys) It rained heavily shortly before i got there, the sun came out and i spotted these two bees sitting on this Tansy Ragwort (Senecio jacobaea), which btw is heavily toxic to cattle. One was just sitting there and the other was grooming itself cos it got wet in the rain. This is the one that was just sitting there, starting tomorrow ill upload three seperate images of the grooming one forming a short series. Btw. the two bees in the bottom pic are the one that was grooming and a third one that came to visit the flower. Hope you like, have an excellent monday !!! :o) - Thanks for all your wonderful comments on my last upload, "Common Blue (male)" !! -- Many thanks, Jeroen

So do you send out subliminal messages or use hypnotism to get your little critters to sit so still long enough for you to take multiples shots like this?! Incredible detail!
